Back in 2006, Konami launched a unique game for the Nintendo Wii: Elebits. Now, instead of a sequel for the Wii, Nintendo’s handheld, DS, is getting a touch screen adventure sometime in the 3rd Quarter.

Elebits: The Adventures of Kai and Zero, is a direct sequel to the Wii game. Taking place in the same universe as the original where humans live in harmony with tiny beings who serve as energy sources. In this new game players have to find omega Elebits, who hold magical powers that help you. The game involves puzzles and using special powers to complete your quest

To be honest, there is not a great amount o detail available at the moment, but what we do know is that the DS version features multi-player through the WiFi connection for up to two players, and four player local battles.
